CANCELLATION POLICY

GENERAL

The Klubhouse is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a member cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another member from attending a class. No shows and late cancellations have an impact on service quality.  For this reason, The Klubhouse has implemented a no show/late cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

FULL PAYMENT

Class registration is complete when we receive full payment. Payment can be made online through the website or via punch cards.  Class will not be reserved without payment.

CANCELLATION REQUEST

Cancellation requests may be submitted by website, schedule page, or email (no phone calls or personal texts or private messages).  Most refunds will be processed in the original form of payment unless an alternate is requested and approved.

REFUND POLICY

Class cancels made within 4 hours before class will be subject to a $5 fee.

No shows will be subject to a $10 fee.

Class cancels prior to 4 hours will be refunded.  Alternatively, you can request that the payment be transferred to a future class.
