It is preferred that you sign up online in case there is change we can let you know.

You can but you risk class being cancelled or full and not getting a spot.

There’s a lot of street parking in front of our building. You can also park at Dr. Clauss’ office in the parking row in front of the fence. Then follow the sidewalk to our entrance.

The entrance to the studio is in the back of the building. There’s a sign on the door.

Clean dry shoes are a must for cycle. Wet shoes will not be allowed on the bikes. There is a place to store your shoes during class.

Yes. You must bring your own towel and supplies.

All of our classes can be modified for beginners or advanced participants!

You must cancel by 7pm the night before a morning class or 12pm on the day of afternoon classes or there is a $5 fee. There is a no show fee of $10.

We are open during scheduled class times. Doors open 15 mins prior to class. Please arrive early if your are new or need assistance setting up your bike.
